I want to learn digital painting and illustration, what is the best way to start with myself?

I can not go collage, so I I should do?

Community colleges offer courses in major graphics applications to the latest computer technology, such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Corel and others. They are inexpensive and are usually based on a basis of unit prices. I should mention, if you can not afford the costs of a community college, will be unable to bear the cost the purchase of software for digital painting and illustration.
